Room Reservation Deadline: February 13, 2012. Room reservations received after the deadline will be confirmed subject to rate and room availability. Please note that rooms may sell out before this deadline. Federally chartered credit unions are exempt from tax, if payment is made by the credit union’s official check or credit card and you must present a tax-exempt form upon arrival.
If you wish to prepay your hotel stay, please read and follow these instructions in order to retain your tax exemption.
