Complying with Automated Clearing House (ACH) rules can be daunting. This year NACHA introduced new points that need to be incorporated into your credit union ACH audit. Plus, your examiner will likely evaluate your credit union’s compliance with these new rules.
Be ready for your examiner by joining Dennis Simmons, president and CEO of SWACHA, as he provides a simplified overview of the latest NACHA operating rules changes. He will also provide insight regarding the best ways to navigate through your ACH audit and risk assessment.
- Gain a clear understanding of new ACH audit points required in 2013.
- Understand regulator expectations with regard to the ACH audit and how to avoid potentially costly rule violations.
- Receive key guidance on conducting an effective risk assessment.
