Paul Timm joined NAFCU Services Corporation as the Vice President of Marketing in early 2014. He brings 20 years of experience in marketing and business development to the organization. Before joining NAFCU Services, Paul was a Principal with Challenger Marketing Group where he provided strategic consulting to technology, financial services, and consumer packaged goods companies. Prior to that, Paul was Director of Marketing and Sales for the Global Services division of Trimble Navigation, a $2 billion satellite, GPS, and mapping technology company.
His career also includes positions with Southern California’s largest craft brewery as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales, and a host of startup ventures in the U.S. and Latin America. Throughout his career, Paul has worked on marketing and partnership initiatives with companies including Coca Cola, Disney, Universal Studios, USAA, Nortel Networks, BBVA Compass Bank, and more.
Paul is fluent in Spanish, has served on several non-profit boards, and provides pro bono strategy consulting to non-profits through the Taproot Foundation and Compass DC. Paul first became a credit union member at the age of seven in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Today, he is a proud member of U.S. Senate Federal Credit Union and Navy Federal Credit Union.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas State University, and a Master of Business Administration in marketing and finance from Duke University.
