Judy Graham
Program Officer, National Credit Union Administration
Graham is a Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering compliance expert. She participates on numerous Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council BSA committees, develops and provides training to federal, state and foreign banking regulators, and participates on the FFIEC BSA/AML Examination Manual revision group. Judy works closely with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) on issues regarding credit union BSA compliance.
Kent E. Marcum
Board Member, CinFED FCU;
Retired, Attorney and Criminal Investigator, IRS
Marcum has worked on numerous financial investigations, money laundering investigations and narcotics investigations. He is also an investigator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He spent 11 years with the Ohio Supreme Court and conducted financial investigations for attorneys with ethics problems.
