Judy works closely with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) on issues regarding credit union BSA compliance.

Marcum has worked on numerous financial investigations, money laundering investigations and narcotics investigations. He is also an investigator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He spent 11 years with the Ohio Supreme Court and conducted financial investigations for attorneys with ethics problems.
