Experience includes: Financial Advisor and Agent representing various investment and insurance companies. Primary Broker/Dealer thru Pershing. Emphasis on financial planning and asset allocation to Latin American and Domestic Banking or Non-Banking Clients. Investment Advisor representing Allstate Insurance Agents in West Texas and Southern New Mexico. Offered investment, insurance advice, and products to active customers belonging to Allstate Agents. Actively managed and supervised branch operations of both registered, un-registered employees and staff of a regional office for west Texas and southern New Mexico. Day to day approval of trades, training, and supervision under NASD regulations and company polices. On-site leadership and mentoring of bank representatives to increase sales of investment and insurance sales. Established quarterly business plan and goals for various branches. Provided financial advice as well as offer alternative banking products to bank and non-bank customers.
