Erik Wahl is a recognized artist and speaker who challenge organizations to transcend mediocrity through creativity. His success as a speaker and unique understanding of vision traces back to his training as an artist. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego where he studied both art and business. After first working in the business world and playing with his art, he now plays in the business world by working with his art.
Wahl founded The Wahl Group, a consulting firm specializing in helping organizations identify and implement breakthrough thinking to achieve extraordinary results. Wahl’s special blend of warmth, humor, and experience helps audiences identify their unchallenged roadblocks to success.

Indulge in tasty local seafood specialties, catch up with old NAFCU friends over cocktails by the pool and explore hundreds of local historical artifacts at the Olde Marco Island Inn, an award winner for best atmosphere on Marco Island. As you cross the threshold you will be sent back in time to the early 1900s when guests such as the Mellon or Rothchild families stayed at the landmark inn, now the site’s restaurant and offices.
Built in 1883, this newly restored and remodeled establishment also features the Marco
Island Historical Museum which houses artifacts found during reconstruction of the property over the last 10 years. The Inn stands as one of southwest Florida's oldest buildings, if not the oldest. Other notable guests have included George H.W. Bush and Donald Trump.

Exclusive Art Tour

Southwest Florida is a world-class art destination, beckoning your attendees. Guests will begin their day with a Docent guided tour of the Naples Museum of Art. The museum is a reflection of the unique spirit and generosity of Southwest Florida, reflecting interests of all ages and backgrounds. The visual arts center includes a three-story, 30,000 square foot museum with 15 galleries, a glass dome conservatory, entrance gates by renowned artist Albert Paley, spectacular chandeliers and a Persian ceiling by acclaimed glass artist Dave Chihuly, a resource room and museum store.
Before experiencing the galleries of Naples, attendees will be treated to a marvelous lunch at one of the great Bayfront restaurants, while enjoying fabulous views of the water.
A gallery tour begins at one of the largest fine art galleries in Southwest Florida, where the owner/curator will guide your guests through the four beautiful showrooms, exhibiting original works of art from all over the world. In addition to learning about the unique paintings and sculptures, guests will also learn fascinating facts about the local art industry in Naples.
Guests will continue to be escorted to other galleries where each curator will be available to answer questions. After touring the galleries, guest will be able to spend time on their own enjoying the local shops.

Dolphin Sail, Shelling & Island Tour
9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Join the crew for the Dolphin Explorer Adventure aboard a catamaran. As part of the Explorers 10,000 Islands Dolphin Project, you can assist in the photographing and collecting data on our local dolphin. If you are successful in photographing an image of an unidentified dolphin not yet catalogued, you get the photo credit and earn the right to name the dolphin. For those who assist in the dolphin study, you will receive a signed and dated certificate for your contributions made out to you.
Trained naturalists will explain dolphin behavior, assist in your photography, join you while you are collecting sea shells and explain local marine life including manatees, sea turtles, osprey, herons and other marine birds. You will visit a barrier island to explore and collect sea shells the 10,000 islands are famous for.
You will deboard at the marina for lunch at Bayview or Vergina’s Restaurant. Take time after lunch to stroll the island’s main thoroughfare, The Explanade, which graces more than 1,100 feet of waterfront.
Following lunch, you will board signature open air European trolleys and listen to guides combine humorous stories and historical facts into a fun-filled tour that’s both entertaining and educational. Expert guides show you the sights of Marco Island from historical landmarks to world class shopping areas, local attractions, beautiful beaches and waterways plus much more.
