HEY EVERYONE!
Let's face it: our job is tough. New regs. New Laws. New guidance. How can anyone keep up with all the developments? While there's no silver bullet, the NAFCU Regulatory Compliance Seminar is a great start. This premier conference will cover today's hottest compliance topics. We'll address the Bank Secrecy Act, third party due diligence, changes in consumer protection regulations, red flags and affiliate marketing and much more! As always, you'll be able to network with other credit union compliance professionals in a relaxed, enriched setting.
This year, you will be able to select the Basic Compliance Program or the Full Compliance Program registration. The basic compliance price includes Wednesday, Thursday and Friday sessions, materials and the Tuesday welcome reception. The full compliance price includes everything listed prior plus all Tuesday sessions including NAFCU's In-Depth Outlook on Credit Union Regulations.
The conference location is the InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco. Built in the 1920's on Nob Hill, it is still one of the city's premier hotels. This historical landmark is only minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown and Union Square.
For NAFCU Certified Compliance Officers (NCCOs), the Full Compliance Program is the perfect opportunity to earn ALL recertification credits needed to retain your designation, and many of the individuals up for recertification choose this as their way to keep on top of credit union compliance updates. Make your plans now for this extremely popular event!
See you in San Francisco!
Sincerely,
Anthony Demangone, Esq., NCCO
Director of Regulatory Compliance
