NAFCU’s online courses can be used as part of a blended learning experience. The courses can be organized around, or used as a starting point for, your traditional face-to-face training curriculum. Courses have been designed following Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction and include helpful graphics, highlights, and hyperlinks to additional information that reinforces important points and enhances the learning process. Features such as a content map and search function enable learners to use the courses as a performance support tool in their jobs.
