NAFCU SERVICES SELECTS HCS GROUP AS EXCLUSIVE PARTNER FOR HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS
WASHINGTON — NAFCU Services Corporation (www.nafcu.org/nafcuservices) announced today the selection of Human Capital Solutions Group as its Preferred Partner for Human Capital management and organizational development solutions. After a rigorous evaluation process, HCS Group was selected to provide credit unions with both strategic and tactical solutions for talent management and organizational growth needs.
In response to an increasing need for HR services, an existing NAFCU Services Preferred Partner, Burns-Fazzi, Brock, partnered with Dr. Loretta Dodgen and Dr. Malinda Lowery to form HCS Group. As co-founders of a human resources firm in Charlotte, N.C., Drs. Dodgen and Lowery bring a collective 40+ years of experience in providing comprehensive HR solutions.
