Ralph Bonner graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in General Business in 1981. He earned an MBA from Ohio State University in 1987. Over the years, he has held various mortgage- related marketing and sales positions with firms such as Solomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Bonner joined Fannie Mae as a Senior Account Executive in 2001.

Michael Matz began structuring seasoned loan portfolio transactions in 1988. His experience covers all aspects of the deal process from data analysis through deal management, delivery, and settlement. For the past nine years he has focused on developing relationships with portfolio managers at credit unions and banks. In other capacities, Mr. Matz has work at the National Association of REALTORS and Prudential Home Mortgage. He holds a BS in finance West Virginia University with a minor in accounting.  Credit Union staff that will benefit from this webcast include:
