What are the benefits to purchasing NAFCU’s Webcast Subscription Package?
NAFCU's Webcasts are a convenient and affordable way to get the education your credit union needs without leaving the office! You'll save time and money by participating in these excellent educational opportunities that will provide terrific value to your credit union. With the growing number of compliance challenges facing the credit union industry, it is essential to have the education that you need to ensure your credit union’s operations remain compliant.
How do I login to each NAFCU Webcast?
Participation in NAFCU's Webcast Subscription is easy. After you subscribe, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will also receive an e-mail the day before each of the live webcasts that includes the URL address and password to access each live and on-demand webcast.
How many users per credit union branch can be logged in to each webcast?
There is no limit to the number of participants that can view the webcast. However, only one connection is allowed per subscription. If you have multiple participants viewing the webcast, it is best to accommodate the group by watching the webcast in a conference room with a screen.
What if I can’t view the webcast at the time of the live broadcast?
If you can’t view the webcast on the day of the live broadcast, no problem. Your subscription entitles you to view the on-demand version of each webcast for up to six months after the live broadcast. The confirmation that you will receive prior to each webcast will be same URL and login information for the on-demand version of the webcast.
Are webcasts ever changed or cancelled?
NAFCU prides itself on offering you the most up-to-date topics relevant to the challenges that credit unions are facing. It is possible that webcasts may need to be postponed in order to accommodate a hot-topic webcast that is due to an upcoming or recently passed regulation or rule.
In the event that this does occur, you will be notified immediately. We will do our best to reschedule the postponed webcast and inform you of the new date.
