Deedee Myers is CEO of DDJ Myers, Ltd. and co-founder of the Advancing Leadership Institute based in Phoenix, AZ. She is a change agent for individuals, teams, and organizations in being high performers. Deedee’s top tier consulting and coaching organization facilitates leadership development in organizations, evolving boards into high performers, and taking strategic planning into effective action. She is a known subject matter expert on succession planning, board governance, board recruitment and renewal, leadership development and transformative change.

She holds her undergraduate degree, with honors, in International Business with a Master’s degree in Organizational Design, and PhD in Human Development. Deedee received her Master Somatic Coach certification from Strozzi Institute, is certified in Organizational Development from Linkage, Inc. and is a certified leadership coach from Hudson Institute. Deedee is a frequent speaker on transformative change in individual, teams, and organizations.
