Jeff ZilianiJeff Ziliani, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, BFB Gallagher
As Chief Financial Officer at BFB Gallagher, Jeff is responsible for complete oversight of the company’s finances. Jeff provides financial information and technical support to management in order to facilitate sound strategic business decisions. Before joining BFB Gallagher, Jeff worked for twelve years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Assurance and Business Advisory Group. In this role, he regularly interfaced with auditors and regulators.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and has been an active Certified Public Accountant since 2002. Jeff is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Jeff, his wife, Regina, and son Evan live in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Kirk, a partner with Sherman & Patterson, Ltd., focuses his practice on executive compensation in tax-exempt entities. He works with boards, executives, and consultants in designing and documenting employment and severance agreements, deferred compensation plans, split dollar agreements, and other executive benefits that comply with applicable tax and regulatory requirements. Kirk works closely with credit unions, healthcare associations, hospitals, and healthcare systems. He earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Brigham Young University.
