    Mike is the National Director for Pentegra’s qualified plan sales. Mike oversees Pentegra’s business development efforts in the credit union marketplace. Mike brings extensive retirement services industry knowledge to Pentegra, having worked in the industry for over 20 years, 15 of which were dedicated to working exclusively in the credit union marketplace. Mike is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he was a member of the 1984 NCAA Championship Hockey Team and a former professional hockey player with the Quebec Nordiques.  He holds FINRA Series 65, Life & Health, and Variable Annuity Licenses. He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary – Center of Fiduciary Excellence.

    Rich oversees Pentegra's Consulting, Actuarial, BOLI and Marketing and Communications practice areas. Rich joined the organization in 1997 and has more than 30 years of experience in the retirement benefits field.  Rich is a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College.
