Feb. 23, 2012 – The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network’s updated Bank Secrecy Act E-Filing System test site offers a preview of future PDF versions of the currency transaction report and suspicious activity report, the network announced.
The user test website allows for testing submissions of batch and computer-to-computer filings of FinCEN’s new CTR and SAR. These will allow discrete filing, or the filing of individual reports. FinCEN says the BSA E-filing System will begin accepting the new reports at a later date.
