Sept. 26, 2012 – NAFCU’s research team is reminding members that responses to the association’s survey for the October issue of the Economics & CU Monitor newsletter are due this Friday.
The October special topic for the newsletter is membership. The survey includes questions regarding member retention, membership marketing resources, expectations for growth in 2013 and, among other things, reasons people give for switching from a bank to a credit union.
Surveys may be completed online. Members with questions about the survey should send an email to research@nafcu.org.
