At 28, he was nominated as one of Florida’s top CEOs under 40 for his leadership of an international Rockefeller foundation.
Spence was a keynote speaker at NAFCU’s CEOs and Senior Executives Conference this April. His session was so popular that NAFCU sought him out as an instructor at MDI, said Lisa Cox, NAFCU’s director of events and education.
