Sundeep Kapur, NCR’s integrated media strategist, is hosting a two-day workshop on leveraging the power of integrated media.
March 12, 2013 – Credit union professionals from around the country will be in New Orleans today to gain valuable insights on how to bolster their credit unions’ bottom lines at NAFCU’s 2013 Strategic Growth Conference.
The three-day conference features a variety of top-notch education sessions and speakers covering a wide range of topics. Keynoting the conference is organizational psychologist Dr. Joseph Michelli, who will be speaking about leveraging innovation to gain a competitive advantage. Michelli will be offering attendees specific tips on developing new products and services, and outlining a series of action items for success.
Sundeep Kapur, NCR’s integrated media strategist, will be hosting a two-day session, “Leveraging the Power of Integrated Media Workshop.” The workshop follows from a NAFCU webcast on social media that Kapur hosted in January, which is available on-demand. At the workshop, attendees will learn how to define best practices in digital channels, navigate different types of online media and come away with an integrated media blueprint for their credit union.
The conference also includes education sessions on mortgage lending; long-term revenue growth; electronic signatures; leveraging Small Business Administration lending programs; purchasing banks; and the role of business development in acquiring members and product penetration. The conference also offers a panel discussion on how credit unions can convert their websites into ecommerce sites.
