Deadline for NAFCU Monitor survey Oct. 31
Oct. 18, 2013 – NAFCU is seeking members’ responses by Oct 31 to a survey that will provide input to the next issue of the NAFCU Economic & CU Monitor, which will focus on competition and innovations in technology, including EMV-chip cards.
The NAFCU economic and research team reports on survey responses in the Economic & CU Monitor, which NAFCU members use to get a glimpse of trends affecting the credit union industry as a whole. This month, the special topic is technology and credit unions’ plans to roll out EMV-chip cards, as well as how credit unions handle cybersecurity, social media, and whether to have a technology officer on staff.
Completing the monthly member survey is one of the best ways members can help credit unions as a whole. Survey results are used in NAFCU’s advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill and with regulatory agencies such as NCUA, the CFPB and the Federal Reserve. Members can fill out the survey online or email their responses to firstname.lastname@example.org.
