Salser next president of NAFCU Services
Oct. 7, 2013 – Randy Salser has been chosen as the next president of NAFCU Services Corporation, effective Oct. 16, NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger announced Friday.
“We conducted an extensive search to find the ideal candidate to lead NAFCU Services,” said Berger. “Randy brings an extraordinary wealth of business knowledge gained over 15 years of executive-level experience in the areas of operations, business development and marketing to NAFCU Services.”
NAFCU Services, NAFCU’s wholly owned subsidiary, has partnered with the industry's leading solutions providers to offer value-added products and services at a discount to credit unions.
Salser most recently served as executive vice president for Red Star Contract Services, a civil engineering firm where he oversaw all marketing, contract negotiations and contract fulfillment with companies ranging from Northrop Grumman to Johnson Controls.
Prior to that, Salser served as executive consultant with RDS Financial LLC, where he provided clients in-depth business development plans, operational analysis and financial modeling. Clients included small insurance companies, finance and leasing firms as well as financial holding companies with diversified assets and businesses.
Salser earned his master’s from Georgia Tech’s MBA program, with a concentration in management and technology, and his bachelor’s degree in sports administration and business from Benedictine College.
Salser will succeed David Frankil, who left in September to become president of Burns-Fazzi, Brock, a NAFCU Services Preferred Partner.
