NAFCU webcast today on advertising and Reg Z

Feb. 19, 2014 – Credit union viewers of today's NAFCU webcast on Regulation Z rules on advertising will learn ways they can avoid related legal penalties and reputation risk from noncompliance.

During the webcast "Advertising and Regulation Z Compliance: Are You Covered?" Justin Robinson, the director of compliance at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, will discuss what Regulation Z disclosures are required when advertising credit cards, consumer loans, real estate loans and other credit union products via print, radio and social media. Reg Z "trigger terms" will also be discussed.
