Leadership guru John Spence is returning by popular demand to present his full-day workshop, "The Leader of the Future," for emerging credit union managers during NAFCU's 2015 Management and Leadership Institute, scheduled Oct. 12-16 in Chicago.

"Students at MLI will have the opportunity to learn about every facet of operating a credit union and more," said NAFCU Executive Vice President and COO Anthony Demangone. "Our goal is that students leave with a solid understanding of credit union financial management, effective tools to build peer relationships and communication techniques to help them stand out as credit union leaders."

Attendees at MLI will also hear from Stacey Hanke, communications expert and founder of Stacey Hanke, Inc. She will present "Effective Executive Communication."

MLI students will receive a free, signed copy of one of Spence's top-rated leadership books. Students will also get the book, "Managing and Leading Well," written by NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger and Demangone.
