Matz at CU roundtable today in N.H.
NCUA Board Chairman Debbie Matz is speaking today at a national credit union roundtable at the Credit Union Museum in New Hampshire.
The event, hosted by Rep. Frank Guinta, R-N.H., begins at noon.
During a hearing last month on regulatory relief, Guinta, with other members of the House Financial Services Committee, spoke in favor of H.R. 2287, the "National Credit Union Administration Budget Transparency Act." The bill would require NCUA to publish a draft of its budget in the Federal Register and hold a public hearing to garner comments from the public.
