Matz, Corday talk CU issues in today's webinar

NAFCU will monitor a joint webinar being held today by NCUA Board Chairman Debbie Matz and CFPB Director Richard Cordray on credit union issues.

The webinar, the fifth in a series of annual discussions about credit unions and their two main regulators, begins at 3 p.m. Eastern and is free of charge. Credit unions can register here.

Attendees can submit questions in advance or during the webinar on any topics related to NCUA or CFPB.

"My annual joint webinar with Director Cordray is an opportunity for credit union stakeholders to raise issues directly with CFPB and NCUA's top officials," Matz said. "Anyone who is interested in consumer regulations or the credit union system is invited to join us."

NAFCU will update members on today's discussions.
