NAFCU's Anthony Demangone is seeking feedback on challenges faced by the credit union industry, as seen through the eyes of credit union management teams, in a survey through his Musings from the CU Suite blog.

Demangone, NAFCU's executive vice president and COO, said the survey will be open for about three weeks and will share the results in a follow-up blog post.

The survey seeks feedback from credit union management teams on the following:

• What will be your credit union's biggest three challenges in 2016?
• What will be your three biggest personal challenges in 2016 as a leader?
• What will be your staff's greatest challenges in 2016, as seen by you?

When Demangone asked credit union leaders their three biggest challenges last year, loan growth came in as the top challenge with 24.7 percent, followed by regulatory burden (24 percent) and membership issues (12.7 percent). (See more results from the 2015 survey here.)
