NAFCU Strategic Growth Conference kicks off
Credit union professionals from across the country will learn new, revenue-boosting solutions to help them drive growth during NAFCU's2017 Strategic Growth Conference, which kicks off today in Charleston, S.C., and continues through Thursday.
"Competition in today's credit union marketplace is at an all-time high, so now is the perfect opportunity to learn new marketing and lending strategies that will keep credit unions ahead of challengers and boost revenue," said NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger. "This conference is designed to arm attendees with the knowledge they need to help yield greater bottom-line results."
Keynote speakerKen Schmidt, communications strategist and former director of communications for Harley-Davidson Motor Company, will provide the opening presentation, "Develop Extreme Brand Loyalty."Schmidt will share his experiences reinvigorating Harley-Davidson's brand and boosting sales to soaring new heights. Attendees will learn how to build an equally vocal customer base and a passionately loyal credit union culture to help achieve it.
NAFCU Executive Vice President and COO Anthony Demangone will provide today's opening address. Today's sessions will focus on developing extreme brand loyalty; fintech and where the industry is heading; using auto loan portfolio data to boost business; an update from NCUA; and blockchain technology.
