NAFCU closed Friday for Inauguration Day

NAFCU's offices will be closed Friday for Inauguration Day, a federal holiday, but members will still have access to the association's website for research purposes, event registrations and email contacts with NAFCU.

Association representatives will be participating in a number of inaugural events in Washington this week marking tomorrow's presidential inauguration.

Registration is open for three upcoming NAFCU webcasts, including one on the benefits of becoming a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), slated for Jan. 25, and one featuring an update from NAFCU's Regulatory Affairs team on what to expect from regulatory agencies in 2017, slated for Jan. 31.

Registration is also open for NAFCU's Strategic Growth Conference, scheduled for Feb. 21-23 in Charleston, S.C. The conference will focus on the latest and most innovative credit union growth strategies, and it will feature a keynote presentation from Ken Schmidt, an in-demand communications consultant known for his work in turning around the Harley-Davidson brand.
