NAFCU participating in inaugural events

NAFCU representatives will participate in a number of inaugural events in Washington being held this week to mark the presidential inauguration.

President-elect Donald Trump is set to be sworn in on Friday. Official Presidential Inaugural Committee events kick off today, and NAFCU staff and lobbyists are on hand to represent the credit union industry and advocate for credit unions with top officials of the incoming administration.

Also this week, the 115th Congress continues to hold confirmation hearings for Trump's nominees for cabinet positions. NAFCU staff continue to monitor the transition for potential impact on credit unions.
