NAFCU deemed 'market leader' on advocacy, more
NAFCU's high marks in a McKinleyAdvisors benchmarking survey, including its ranking as a "market leader" on advocacy, compliance assistance and more, are a direct result of NAFCU's "unwavering commitment to its members," association President and CEO Dan Berger said recently.
NAFCU's Dan Berger, marking the association's 50th anniversary, said the McKinleyAdvisor survey results show NAFCU's commitment to credit unions throughout its history. NAFCU also released this "Banking Without Bankers" video. |
Berger, in remarks this month before NAFCU's 50th Annual Conference in Honolulu, told conference attendees that the association's successes during its 50-year existence have always tied back to its strong relationship with its members and focus on advocacy. He noted the McKinleyAdvisors report stating NAFCU is No. 1 in advocacy as a case in point.
That surveyshowed credit unions counted competence, credibility, strong advocacy on legislative and regulatory issues and the provision of the latest information as NAFCU's key strengths.
Additionally, NAFCU earned a net promoter score in that survey that is three times the average for trade associations and among the highest ever seen. That shows the likelihood that members would recommend NAFCU to others.
The report also rated NAFCU as the market leader in terms of legislative and regulatory advocacy, education and compliance assistance.
NAFCU is marking its 50th anniversary throughout 2017 in each issue of the association's bimonthly magazine, The NAFCU Journal, and it has released two videos as well. One of these, released in January, provides a brief story of NAFCU's beginnings. The other, "Banking Without Bankers," was released this spring and can be modified by NAFCU members to display their branding.
