NAFCU's Regulatory Compliance team will provide a credit union compliance update on recent CFPB and NCUA guidance, rules and regulations during a live NAFCU webcast next week.

The webcast, "May Regulatory Compliance Update," is slated for 2 p.m. Eastern.

Brandy Bruyere, NAFCU's vice president of regulatory compliance, will lead off the webcast with an overview of the newest credit union regulations and upcoming regulatory changes and proposals that could affect a credit union's compliance department and the institution's bottom line.

Other topics to be discussed include:

• updates on the CFPB mortgage servicing final rule and the prepaids rule; and
• changes to NCUA's field-of-membership rule.

NAFCU's webcasts are available on demand for 12 months after the live broadcast through the association'sOnline Training Center.
