Free webcast on NCCO exam today
NAFCU is offering a free webcast today to help prepare students for the NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO) exam. The association also has two other webcasts yet this month on strategic planning and indirect lending program management.
During today's webcast, NAFCU Vice President of Regulatory Compliance Brandy Bruyere and Director of Education Devon Lyon will breakdown the NCCO exam and provide participants with the best practices and study materials to prepare for the four-part exam.
Those interested in becoming an NCCO can earn the designation during NAFCU's Regulatory Compliance School coming up March 19-23 in Arlington, Va., or Oct. 8-12 in San Antonio, Texas. Existing NCCOs can obtain recertification without taking the four-part exam by attending NAFCU's Regulatory Compliance Seminar, Oct. 9-12 in San Antonio.
The webcast is free, but registration is required.
Other webcasts happening yet this month:
- Tomorrow, NAFCU is offering a webcast that educate credit unions on how to best use strategic planning to drive strategic decision making. Registration is still open.
- Monday, NAFCU is offering a webcast to help credit unions better manage indirect lending programs. The CFPB and NCUA have both announced an increased supervisory focus on indirect lenders financing ancillary products, and this webcast will help ensure credit unions are using due diligence on ancillary product sales. Register for the webcast here.
The live webcasts begin at 2 p.m. Eastern and are open to all credit unions, regardless of membership or charter type. Participants have the opportunity to earn various education credits for attending NAFCU's webcasts – learn more about the webcasts and register for them here.
