The Office works to better ensure industry compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act through supporting, overseeing, and working in partnership with the agencies and organizations that examine for Bank Secrecy Act compliance. The Office also tracks the performance of financial institutions experiencing significant Bank Secrecy Act compliance deficiencies. He works to manage these efforts and to educate financial institutions, as well as regulatory and law enforcement partners on these matters.
