7 Personality Traits All Leaders Should Have

 When you're a leader, your job is never done. And I don't just mean in the workplace. Truly successful leaders never stop working on themselves; they are constantly refining their skills so they can be as effective as possible.

A list of such traits – the kind that require persistent visitation and vigilance – is found in an article by SUCCESS Magazine's Jim Rohn. His list of seven personality traits of a great leader includes
