Ensure your credit union is aware of the many changes coming to the new Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA) Final Rule effective January 2009, as well as the new standardized Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and HUD-1 forms and attendant rules effective January 1, 2010!

This session will cover:

· The current status of the rule;

· Significant changes the rule will bring if it becomes effective; and

· Questions and answers that have arisen during preparations for the rule's new requirements.
