Alicia Hosmer was named vice president of marketing in October 2012. She manages NAFCU's marketing programs, spearheading initiatives to help NAFCU meet its strategic goals. Hosmer began her career at NAFCU in 2000 as a graphic designer and has held successively responsible positions within its marketing division.
She was promoted to director of marketing in 2007. In that capacity she played an integral role in guiding key initiatives, including the communications strategy for the association's field of membership expansion in 2015, NAFCU's 2010 rebranding efforts, the development and launch of NAFCU's online training program in 2008, and its member recruitment program, which has flourished since its inception in 2009. In addition, she oversaw the art direction on numerous campaigns which garnered awards for the association from Graphic Design USA, Society of National Association Publications and Association Trends Magazine.
She is a graduate of James Madison University and holds a certified marketing executive designation from Sales & Marketing Executives International.
