To request NAFCU's Financial Literacy and/or Bank Secrecy Act training certificates after completing a webcast or online training course, please complete the below form. You may use one form for multiple recipients at your credit union. If others complete training at a later date, you may request additional certificates upon completion.

NAFCU will record the name(s) and will mail the certificates to your credit union.

Note: Participants of Financial Literacy or BSA training sessions during NAFCU conferences will receive their training certificates onsite at the conference and do not need to fill out the below form. For questions, please email certificates@nafcu.org.
