How do I login to the NAFCU Online Training Center?
Once you purchase an online training subscription or course, you can start developing your expertise immediately.

  1. Log in to the NAFCU Online Training Center with your individual NAFCU username and password.
  2. Click on a course under "My Courses." We suggest you start in the "Compliance Training" organized by topic. Brush up on regulations, NCUA's examination process, risk management, and more.
  3. Looking for a specific webcast? Search by keyword and find it faster.

What if I don't have a NAFCU username or password or I forgot it?
No problem. Go to the NAFCU Online Training Center. Click "Forgot my password or my username" first to make sure you don't already have an account. If you do not already have an account, click "Create an account," and follow the instructions. If you experience login trouble, please contact us at or 800-344-5580.

Why does each person at our credit union need their own login? We used to have a single company login.
Each employee and/or board member at your credit union will get the most out of the NAFCU Online Training Center with his/her own individual account. The system will:

  1. Test comprehension
Certain self-paced modules include assessments following completion, allowing a user to test his/her comprehension. With a single company login, this feature would only benefit the first user to take the assessment.
  2. Award certificates for completion
Select modules provide certificates upon completion, which must be awarded at the individual level. With a single company login, this feature would falsely provide certificates to anyone at the credit union whether or not they completed the module.
  3. Track individual training progress
Individual users may view and print their individual e-transcripts at any time, allowing them to track their individual training progress. With a single company login, the e-transcript function wouldn't reflect the individual's progress.
  4. Award NAFCU Certification credits automatically
NCCOs, NCRMs, NCVEs and NCBSOs may automatically earn continuing education credits (CEUs) by participating in select modules within the NAFCU Online Training Center. No forms to fill out. Watch, earn credit, and easily maintain your NAFCU certified designation.

How do I view live webcasts?
Once logged in to the Online Training Center, click on Live Compliance Webcasts on the Industry's Hottest Topics under "My Courses." Select the webcast from the list of modules (upcoming live webcasts appear at the top). Select "Launch," followed by "Click here to begin" on the next screen.

Once the live webcast begins, you should see and hear the presenters in the video window on the left side of the screen. You should see the presentation on the right side of your screen. See system requirements.
Will I receive live webcast reminders?
The subscription purchaser will automatically receive live webcast reminders a few days before each webcast. You can also check out the webcast line-up. New webcasts are added continuously.

How can I print live webcast handouts?
Handouts are available within the webcast screen, which will be available 5 hours prior to the start time. At the top right hand corner, you will see "CLICK HERE for Handouts." We suggest you log in a few minutes early to print handouts. If you need handouts sooner, please email

How can I view the on-demand version of a live webcast?
After the webcast, you will be able to view the on-demand version in Live Compliance Webcasts on the Industry's Hottest Topics under "My Courses." The on-demand version will be available here for 12 months following the date of the live webcast. After that, it may be archived in the library for continued viewing.

I am an NCCO/NCRM/NCVE/NCBSO. How do I receive Continuing Education Credits towards my certification?
All NAFCU certifications will automatically receive CEUs for participating in qualifying live or on-demand webcasts (most webcasts qualify for 1.5 CEUs). You must be logged in with your individual NAFCU website login to receive credit. If you do not see the appropriate credits awarded or did not complete webcast participation, please email us to adjust your credits accordingly.

How many users per credit union branch can be logged in to each webcast?
There is no limit to the number of participants that can view the webcast. With your purchase, your entire credit union has access. However, each individual should log in with his or her individual NAFCU username and password.

What if I can't view the webcast at the time of the live broadcast?
If you trouble viewing the webcast on the day of the live broadcast, check system requirements. You may also contact us at or 800-344-5580. Plus, your subscription entitles you to on-demand access for one year.
