Damita Robinson is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Training for Andrews Federal Credit Union. She began her career with Andrews Federal Credit Union eighteen years ago. While Damita has served in a number of positions in banking and the credit union, the majority of her career has been under the umbrella of Human Resources. Overall, she has enjoyed over 20 years of working in the field of Human Resources. Prior to coming to Andrews Federal Credit Union, Damita worked for two large financial institutions, where she held positions in Branch Administration, Compliance, Strategic Planning, Training and Human Resources. Damita is also an instructor, who teaches leadership development classes and seminars to adults as well as youth. In addition, she provides human resources consulting in the mental health and small business arena.
Damita received her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a concentration in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She holds a Certificate in Counseling, Conflict Resolution, EEOC fact finding investigator and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Development.
