As part of NAFCU's mission to advance the credit union industry with effective regulatory and legislative advocacy, best in class education, and outstanding compliance assistance, we commissioned a survey to gain a better understanding of the perceptions, challenges and needs of member and nonmember credit unions.
McKinley Advisors conducted the survey from September 23 - October 9, 2015. It was sent to 16,512 credit union CEOs, chairs, staff, and volunteers. We received 1,700 responses for a solid 10% response rate.
NAFCU is using the survey results and ongoing feedback from our member credit unions to guide our focus and initiatives in 2016 and beyond.
