How to Maximize Your Online Training Center Subscription

Maximize the powerful training benefits you receive from NAFCU's online training. Just use these three simple steps:

  1. Set training goals. Take a look at your credit union. What knowledge gaps exist? Identify the online training courses that will fill those gaps, then set goals for staff completion. Don't see a training course you need? Please email our director of education so we can work to create more courses that meet your training needs!
  2. Empower your staff to pull individual transcripts so they can proactively track their own training progress. Credit union staff can track individual online training transcripts online (login required).
  3. Designate a training administrator. Designated training administrators may view your credit union's training transcript page to see all of your staff's completed online training courses. Measure your team's progress against your training goals, then follow up accordingly. Transcripts are also excellent training documentation to show your examiner later. Please submit requests to be listed as a training administrator to our Member Service Center at msc@nafcu.org (required to view the credit union training transcript page).
