To use the NAFCU Online Training Center, you must have the following system requirements:

We are continuously updating our Online Training Center and webcasts to keep up with ever-changing technology and make the user experience for you as seamless as possible. To avoid any technical issues we strongly recommend that you update your browser to the latest version or download an alternate browser option to view NAFCU webcasts.Specific information for recommended browsers is as follows:
Firefox – Firefox is set to automatically update by default. View information on updating Firefox to the latest version.
Google Chrome – Google Chrome is set to automatically update by default. A recent update has caused a conflict with viewing NAFCU webcasts (live and on-demand). To ensure you can view webcasts in Google Chrome, please follow these instructions to update your Chrome settings.
Internet Explorer (IE) – Not recommended. Please be sure you have the latest version of Internet Explorer, IE 10 or 11. Download IE 11.
NOTE: Recent security updates in Firefox are causing unusual playback behavior when viewing NAFCU webcasts. FireFox displays a warning that fills the browser window. Click on Activate Silverlight. Alternatively you can go to Settings > Extensions > Plugins, and
select Always Activate for Silverlight.
Silverlight – If you're using Microsoft's Silverlight Players or a browser that uses the Silverlight Plugin (such as FireFox), you must have Silverlight version 5.0 or later installed and activated. Download Silverlight for free.
Live webcast participants are strongly encouraged to test their system at least 24 hours prior to the webcast. Please make sure that your computer system meets the basic requirements listed above.
