NAFCU provides regulatory compliance assistance to its member-credit unions through a multi-faceted program, including direct access to the association's compliance and regulatory staff via our Compliance Assistance Helpline. Our monthly Regulatory Compliance newsletter provides members information on the latest key compliance topic and a comprehensive Q&A generated from member inquiries. Our Regulatory Compliance Policy Exchange Library offers a compendium of sample compliance policies from member-credit unions, one more tool to assist you in effectively carrying out your credit union's compliance responsibilities.
