  • Narrative Description

For your entry to be complete, you must include a narrative description of your accomplishments. A complete narrative description addresses each of the criteria outlined in each Annual Award Category. The Entry Form has a separate section for each of the criteria for you to paste in your text.

The spaces provided for you will accept a maximum of 2,000 characters (including spaces) which is equivalant to approximately one-half typewritten page in length (12 point, Times New Roman, single spaced.) Therefore, for the categories with 4 criteria, (FCU of the Year and Volunteer of the Year) your narrative description will total no more than 2 typewritten pages in length. Since there are 6 criteria in the Professional of the Year category, your narrative description for that category will not be able to exceed a total of 3 typewritten pages in length.

Do not feel that you must submit the maximum number of characters for each section. Write the amount that you feel is necessary to accurately reflect each of the criteria.

Please only submit a narrative that has been proofed and spell checked. It is recommended that you first type your narrative using any word processing program, (i.e. MS Word or WordPerfect) spell check your document, then "copy" and "paste" your text into the spaces allotted in the entry form.

Please only include accomplishments from 2011.
