The White Award is awarded to the member credit union that raises the most for NAFCU/PAC. The award, presented at NAFCU's 46th Annual Conference and Solutions Expo, July 9-13, 2013, at The Hynes Convention Center, Boston, Massachusetts, honors the winning credit union's commitment to NAFCU/PAC and to helping keep credit union supporters in Congress.
Funds for NAFCU/PAC can be raised through:
- NAFCU/PAC Pals sales;
- I heart my Match Payroll Deduction Program;
- Credit Union Challenge
- Special events like jeans days; and
- Employee and member contribution drives.
The following criteria must be met to be a candidate for The White Hat Award:
- The credit union must be a NAFCU member, signed the Solicitation Approval form and must have raised the most for NAFCU/PAC during 2012.
Note: The White Hat Award will automatically be presented to the member credit union that raised the most money for NAFCU/PAC in 2012. You do not need to submit an entry form to be considered for this award.
