Kirstin Orr was named vice president of marketing in February 2017. She oversees NAFCU's marketing programs and channels, spearheading initiatives to help NAFCU meet its strategic goals and strengthen the association’s brand.
Previously, Orr served as NAFCU’s director of digital strategy. She was responsible for guiding the association's overarching digital strategy to ensure seamless integration of digital efforts with overall member communications. She directly managed the association’s web properties, social media, and mobile app strategies, including the redesign of nafcu.org in 2014 resulting in a more user-friendly and completely responsive website that drove increased traffic and engagement.
Orr also writes the digital marketing tips and tricks column for NAFCU's bi-monthly magazine, The NAFCU Journal.
Prior to her career at NAFCU, Orr worked for NAFCU Services Corporation as the senior associate director of marketing, and prior to that, as the marketing manager.
Orr earned her bachelor's degree in marketing management from Virginia Tech.
