NAFCU Services and Affinion Security Center Unveil New Identity Theft PSAs for Credit Unions

WASHINGTON — NAFCU Services Corporation ( and Affinion Security Center today announced that two new customizable public service announcement (PSA) videos are now available for NAFCU members free of charge to be used on local television, online and in other venues to deliver tips on preventing identity theft to their local communities.

In the wake of three successful national competitions generating eleven free video advertisements for NAFCU members, NAFCU Services' latest competition sought PSA videos on tips to prevent identity theft. Affinion Security Center, the NAFCU Services preferred partner for identity theft solutions for credit unions, co-sponsored the competition that was implemented by GeniusRocket (, a firm that connects advertisers with creative professionals around the globe.

Two winning PSA videos were selected and can be found at As with the other competitions, the videos are available to NAFCU members on a license- and royalty-free basis, with the only potential cost being a set, one-time fee of $150 to customize the PSAs for an individual credit union (payable to the video designer). Credit unions can place the PSAs in their local media at no charge to help educate and support the community as well as gain some brand awareness when using a customized version.
