Question - My credit union’s marketing division has drafted an advertisement for a new shared branch facility. The advertisement states that the new location will make it easier for members to “deposit” funds into their credit union accounts. I was under the impression that federal credit unions could not use the term deposit under any circumstance. Is this correct?
