The NCUA specifically seeks stakeholder comments on how the Board can improve the amendment process, clarify limitation of service and expulsion of member provisions, facilitate the recruitment and development of directors, encourage member attendance at annual and special meetings, and eliminate overlaps with NCUA's regulations. For all suggested changes, stakeholders should provide an explanation of whether the Federal Credit Union Act (FCU Act) would permit such a change.
