As COVID-19 persists with a second wave and an elusive vaccine, it continues to trigger fresh challenges to which businesses must continually adapt, including confronting prospects of additional shutdowns and an uncertain economic recovery. While businesses were forced to make drastic changes to their office practices and workplaces at the beginning of the pandemic, some of these changes have emerged as trends that likely will continue into 2021. These emerging trends give us clues as to what we can expect not only in 2021, but also in the years ahead.  Such trends, which include changes in commercial lending practices, the office environment, office culture and office policies, are a few of the topics examined in this webinar.
