Guy Collins is a Regional Vice President serving credit unions throughout the country. Guy develops custom programs for institutions that align the interests of both the organization and the executive. Guy has nearly 20 years of executive compensation and benefit consulting experience with businesses and institutions of varying sizes ranging from 50 employees to more than 25,000. His areas of expertise include qualified plans, nonqualified plans, life, and disability.

Guy received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lake Forest College in Illinois. He holds a Certified Financial Planner designation, and life and disability insurance licenses as well as FINRA Series 7, 63, and 26 licenses.

Guy is a frequent speaker at industry events. He recently presented “Executive Benefits: Getting Started” for the Greater Southern Council of the Credit Union Executives Society. He also shared his expertise in “Executive Benefits: Plan Overview and Strategies” and “Executive Benefits: The Dos and Don’ts of Vendor Selection” for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions. Guy, his wife, and two children reside in the Dallas, Texas area. In his spare time, Guy chases muskie in freshwater across the country.

Robert Lemke, CCP, SPHR is a Principal Consultant for the HR & Compensation Consulting practice of Arthur J. Gallagher & Company. With over twenty years of extensive executive compensation and human resource leadership expertise across multiple industries, Bob brings a complementary perspective as both an advisor and practitioner to Gallagher clients.

Bob’s strategic and analytic work helps clients create practical solutions through the use of internal and external data, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and supporting communication and infrastructure assessments.  He specializes in executive and staff compensation, sales and incentive plan design, workforce planning & analytics, severance benefits and practical total rewards consulting services that enable a client’s workforce strategies.

Bob has published articles in a variety of industry periodicals, as well as thought leadership presentations and interactive workshops at a number of conferences, including Gartner, Innovation Enterprise, and local SHRM chapters. As a panelist at human resources forums, his viewpoints on total rewards, talent analytics, strategic HR and workforce planning and other critical HR issues are well-respected.

Bob earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University, and has completed advanced studies in Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University.

Bob is certified as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by WorldatWork, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute.
